
Yamuna Expressway to become electric vehicle compatible highway, connect with Jewar airport

The Yamuna Expressway will be converted into an electric vehicle compatible highway and will connect with the 'zero emission' Noida International Aiprort in Jewar.
The green push for the construction of the proposed Noida International Airport (NIA) in Jewar, Gautam Buddha Nagar, will bring many changes to the conventional design and the nearby Yamuna Expressway will be converted into an electric vehicle compatible highway.
Officials said that it will be a 'zero emission' airport, as announced by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
