Woman in Ramesh Jarkiholi sex scandal seeks state protection; BJP MLA files complaint against unknown persons

The woman, who featured in a video purportedly showing her in a compromising position with Karnataka BJP MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi, has sought protection from the state government, citing that the leaking of the CD damaged her reputation.

The woman, whose CD with Karnataka minister Ramesh Jarkiholi, kicked up a political row in the state, has now sought protection from the state government. According to PTI, she has sent a video message to Karnataka Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai seeking protection after a CD was leaked to several media channels which showed her in a compromising position with Jarkiholi. "I don't have protection. All that I ask you all is give me protection," she appealed to Bommai.
