
With PM Modi at helm, India & Bangladesh will resolve all issues: Sheikh Hasina

Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who is on a four-day state visit to New Delhi, said that with PM Modi at the helm in India, the two nations can resolve all the issues between them.
Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and said it has continued to provide momentum in the growth of bilateral relations between the two nations. She said that with PM Modi at the helm, India and Bangladesh can resolve all existing problems between them.
Sheikh Hasina landed in Delhi on Monday afternoon as she embarked on a four-day State visit to India.
Talking about the bilateral relations between India and Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina said, “I appreciate Modi ji’s visionary leadership that has continued to provide momentum for growth in bilateral relations. Bangladesh and India’s bilateral relations are role models for neighbourhood diplomacy."

Connectivity, trade, commerce, security, border management, and Lines of Credit were discussed during the meeting between Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina and PM Narendra Modi.
“The two countries have resolved a lot of outstanding issues. I hope that PM Modi will resolve the remaining outstanding issues, including Teesta water-sharing treaty at an early date,” Sheikh Hasina said following the meet.
She added, “As long as PM Modi is here, all these issues would be resolved.”
