When to use Remdesivir, Ivermectin? India’s Covid treatment protocol and what experts say

The Union health ministry has issued clinical guidance for the management of Covid-19 patients, underlying which medication is to be administered and at what stage. The usage of Remdesivir, Ivermectin for treatment has, however, come under heavy criticism amidst warnings by WHO.

Instead, these are repurposed drugs -- initially developed for treating a different infection and now repurposed to manage patients of Covid-19.
