Heavy to very heavy rainfall has been predicted for West Bengal for today and various districts have been put on alert. According to IMD, isolated extremely heavy falls are likely over Assam and Meghalaya till August 13.
Even though the monsoon has entered a break mode in the country, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted very heavy rainfall for West Bengal between August 11 and 15.
