Water level in Papanasam dam on Thursday stood at 37.30 feet (maximum permissible level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 145.71 cusecs and 104.75 cusecs of water was discharged. The level in Manimuthar dam stood at 52.60 feet (118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 9 cusecs and 275 cusecs of water was discharged.
