Water level in Papanasam dam on Thursday stood at 36 feet (maximum permissible level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 93.05 cusecs and 25 cusecs of water was discharged. The level in Manimuthar dam stood at 55.85 feet (118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 12 cusecs and 275 cusecs of water was discharged.
