The water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Thursday stood at 131.45 feet (permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 946 cusecs and a discharge of 400 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 63.48 ft. (maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 286 cusecs and a discharge of 69 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 7,448.71 mcft.
