Jennifer Lopez brushed off a cricket that climbed up her torso and crawled onto her neck during a concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on Sunday, People reported. And there’s eek!-inducing video to prove it.
But Lopez wasn’t about to be upstaged. She swept off the six-legged stage-crasher with a smile, telling the audience, “It was tickling me.”
The Instagram poster who shared the footage joked, “Plot twist: @JLo just started rehearsals for Kiss of the Cricket Woman… on stage… in real time.”
Lopez stars in the upcoming film version of “Kiss of the Spider Woman.”
While the clip could be excruciating for people who suffer from orthopterophobia or are simply grossed out by bugs of any kind, the singer-dancer-actor got raves for how she dealt with the situation.
