Ananya Panday will make her South debut with Liger. For the same, the actress joined hands with Vijay Deverakonda for the first time. Ananya and Vijay have been making headlines since 2020. From their fun behind-the-scenes (BTS) sessions to talking their hearts out at Apoorva Mehta's birthday bash, the two have also gone on to share a great rapport. Ananya Panday recently participated in a Skechers event. Film-wise, her second release of the year, Liger will release on August 25, 2022. We recently heard the Liger theme too. In an exclusive conversation with IndiaToday.in, Ananya shared her experience of working with Vijay Deverakonda. When asked, she said, “Amazing! To talk to, he is so kind. We had a lot of fun when we were shooting in USA together. We have wrapped the film, and I just wrapped up dubbing for the film. So now it’s almost fully ready. The film is going to come in August and it is a full-on masala film. I think it will make people really happy watching it.”

The seventh season of Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan will stream soon. Now, rumours are rife that Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda will grace the show as guests. About the same, a source shared with IndiaToday.in, "Vijay Deverakonda has made it to the guestlist for Koffee with Karan 7. In most probability, he will be appearing with Ananya Panday, his Liger co-star. Given that the chat show will go on air in and around Liger release, this will be an ideal pair. However, there were discussions on if Rashmika Mandana might join him on the show instead of Ananya."
