In a new video accessed by India Today, people can be seen brandishing swords and pistols during a Hanuman Jayanti rally in Delhi's Jahangirpuri on Saturday.
Clashes broke out between two communities during a Hanuman Jayanti procession in northwest Delhi's Jahangirpuri area on Saturday evening. Several police personnel were injured in the ensuing violence.
In a new video accessed by India Today, participants in the religious procession can be seen brandishing shot guns, pistols and swords. The video, taken in C-D Block Market in Delhi's Jahangirpuri, was recorded before stone-pelting began in the area on Saturday evening.

Two locals who recorded the videos spoke exclusively to India Today. 30-year-old Anwara said, "I was coming from the market when around 2.15 pm Hanuman Jayanti Shobha Yatra was crossing the market. I saw people brandishing guns and that is why I shot the video."
Sahil, 15, added, "I was at my shop. Hanuman Jayanti Yatras were crossing the market and people were brandishing guns. The Yatras continued from 2 onwards. To keep proof, I recorded the videos."
In another video, a group of people can be seen pelting stones.
