
Uttar Pradesh begins door-to-door campaign to boost Covid vaccination speed

Special teams are visiting households in rural areas under the Cluster Approach 2.0 programme to spread awareness on Covid vaccination.
In order to speed up the pace of Covid-19 vaccination in Uttar Pradesh, the Yogi government has started Cluster Approach 2.0, under which special teams in rural areas are visiting households to spread awareness.
To ensure that 100% of the eligible population gets vaccinated with the second dose, National Health Mission (NHM) GM (vaccination) for UP Manoj Shukla informed that door-to-door call slips are being handed out. The call slips contain the details of the place and the date of vaccination in a particular cluster.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
