
UP professor accused of running sex racket from women's college

A mathematics professor at a women's college in Pilibhit, UP, has been accused of running a sex racket from the institute. A few staffers and students were also allegedly working with the professor.
A student of Ram Lubhai Sahani Government Mahila Degree College in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, has accused a professor of running a sex racket and having physical relationships by forcing the students to consume drugs. The student also revealed the names of some students who supported the professor.
The girl, a BSc student of the college, alleged that mathematics professor Kamran Alam Khan tricked and pressured students to smoke and use drugs. She said Khan gave the students obscene literature and sex toys and forced them to go to his house to initiate physical relationships with him.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
