UP: Pratapgarh BJP MLA tears kurta, lies down on road claiming assault by top cop

Pratapgarh BJP MLA Dheeraj Ojha tore his kurta and laid down on the ground outside the DM's residence in UP's Raniganj on Tuesday claiming that he had been beaten up by Pratapgarh SP Aakash Tomar.
