Lucknow police raided the residence of Mukhtar Ansari's son Abbas Ansari in the Darulshafa area.
Lucknow police raided the residence of Mau Sadar MLA and Mukhtar Ansari's son Abbas Ansari in the Darulshafa area.
Darulshafa's MLA residence number 107 was raided, although the police found the gate locked at Abbas's house.
This comes after a Lucknow court issued an arrest warrant against Abbas Ansari.
There was a case of the transfer of an arms license to New Delhi without informing Lucknow Police. There is also an allegation of taking many weapons by cheating on one license.
On Thursday, a local court in Lucknow rejected the anticipatory bail application of Abbas Ansari.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
