Preparations for the Uttar Pradesh panchayat election 2021 are on in full swing in the state. Like in many other parts of the state, prohibitory orders under Section 144 of CrPC have been issued in Agra to stop the assembly of four or more people in an area. The Uttar Pradesh panchayat election 2021 will be conducted in four phases starting April 15, while the results will be declared on May 2. Political parties, especially the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP), are trying to use this election to test political waters before the UP assembly polls which will be held in 2022. The BJP is trying hard to repeat or even exceed its performance of the previous elections, while the opposition parties are trying to end the BJP rule in the state.More Related News
