Two terrorists were killed in an overnight encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district. Two suspected Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorists were gunned down on Sunday night after security personnel launched a cordon and search operation to track them, reported news agency PTI.
Earlier in the day, the Kashmir police took to their official Twitter handle and confirmed that one more terrorist was killed on Monday morning. Police also recovered two AK rifles from their possession.

On Sunday night, an encounter broke out at Gundipora in Pulwama after security forces launched a cordon and search operation to track terrorists in the area, a police spokesperson told PTI.
He informed that two ultras were killed in the gun battle and two AK rifles and other incriminating materials were recovered from the scene of the encounter.
