
Two air pistols stolen from national-level shooters in Gurugram

Police have registered an FIR under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Rathee is a pre-national level shooter while Sagar is a national-level shooter.
In a shocking incident, two air pistols and a pair of shooting glasses worth more than Rs 3.2 lakh were stolen from two professional shooters who were traveling to Sadar Bazaar on Monday afternoon.
According to police, an unknown suspect allegedly from the ‘thak-thak’ gang stole two pistols from the shooters. The incident took place around 12.15 pm when the complainant, Vinay Rathee, 20, and his friend, Sagar, 18, went to Sadar Bazar market to purchase a phone cover.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
