Ahead of the notification of polls, TRS supremo and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had launched his government mega ‘Dalit Bandhu’ scheme providing Rs 10 lakh to each Dalit family in the state from Huzurabad, which is now stalled by Election Commission.
