A Mumbai court has granted bail to the 23-year-old Hyderabad techie, whose bail plea stated that merely tracing the IP address does not prove that he tweeted rape threats to Virat Kohli's daughter.
A Mumbai court has granted bail to the 23-year-old Hyderabad techie who allegedly posted rape threats to cricketer Virat Kohli’s nine-month-old daughter through social media.
Accused Ramnagesh Akubathini was arrested by Cyber Police from Hyderabad last week. He had applied for bail in the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate Court.
