TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee to hold padyatra in Agartala on Sept 15

Amid the ongoing violence in the state, TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee will address various issues related to law and order during his padyatra in Agartala on September 15.

In a bid to make more inroads into Tripura, the Trinamool Congress (TMC) will hold its first big political rally in the state on September 15. The rally will be led by party national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee. Banerjee, who has already visited Tripura over the last two months, will be leading the show in the capital city of Agartala. The programme was confirmed on Thursday night and the party leadership is currently planning the event. TMC leader Kunal Ghosh will be visiting Tripura on Friday to chalk out the plan along with his counterparts in the state.
