A user who goes by the name Shruberry on Twitter shared a short story about how she was blessed with ‘ghar ka khaana’ far from home. She had been complaining about the food in her mess to her friend. Her friend told his mom about the predicament, who in turn did the most heartwarming thing.

Shruberry’s friend's mother started sending her food every day. Yes, you read that right. Shruberry even said that she couldn’t accept the tiffins anymore as she had nothing to give in return. Hearing that, the mother started sending little notes with the food boxes. “Enjoy the food. Children shouldn't bother about sending empty tiffins to their mother. You can send your love and affection with the tiffin, that is more than enough,” one of the notes read.
