Telangana Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao meets Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy
Telangana Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao paid a courtesy call on Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy on the occasion of him taking charge as Chief Secretary.
Mr. Ramakrishna Rao was the Joint Collector in Nalgonda district and Mr. Uttam Kumar Reddy received his election certificate as an MLA from him in 1999. The Minister termed him a highly competent and efficient officer and he would provide good leadership to the State bureaucracy. Lok Sabha MP Raghuveer Reddy was also present.

After mandating pet dog licensing and microchipping, Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) bids to do the same for cattle to curb stray cattle issues and man-animal conflicts in the streets. The civic body has moved to make it compulsory for cattle owners to obtain licenses for their animals across all zones.
