Tejashwi Yadav claims Bihar govt provided over 4000 jobs, BJP counters
India Today
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav claimed that the state government provided over 4000 jobs in the revenue and land reforms department. But the BJP countered the claim saying the appointments were already made during the previous NDA government's tenure.
The Nitish Kumar-led Mahagathbandhan government in Bihar on Tuesday distributed appointment letters to more than 4,000 newly appointed candidates in the revenue and land reforms department of the state government.
Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav took the opportunity to hit out at the BJP, alleging that the saffron party had always cheated the youth in the country in the name of providing jobs and their real intention was to divide society.
"What the BJP did not do in Bihar and at the Centre, we are going to do. Appointment letters to 4,325 newly appointed candidates in the revenue department were given today," he said.

However, the opposition BJP alleged that these candidates had already been appointed by the previous BJP-JD(U) government and appointment letters were ready handed over in August.
