Teachers protesting at Jantar Mantar get tenure extension by six months from education ministry

Teachers and assistant professors under the TEQIP project have been granted six months of job extension by the education ministry after protesting at Jantar Mantar for several days.

However, no official document had been provided to them despite promises of a further extension of their employment.
