Tamil Nadu CM-elect MK Stalin's estranged brother MK Alagiri has congratulated him for winning the assembly polls. But will he attend the swearing-in ceremony as well? Here's what he told India Today TV's Pramod Madhav.
The decisive victory in the Tamil Nadu Assembly election has turned the tide for DMK chief MK Stalin. He has not led the party to victory despite the absence of a tall political figure like his father M Karunanidhi. Now, he has also started winning the trust and respect of estranged family members. MK Stalin's brother and former Union minister MK Alagiri, who had previously refused to acknowledge him as the party leader, has now come forward and congratulated Stalin on his resounding victory in the Tamil Nadu elections. Speaking exclusively with India Today TV, MK Alagiri said that he was proud of his younger brother. "I am proud that my brother has become the chief minister. My best wishes to him."More Related News
