Tali Weinstein concedes Manhattan district attorney race to Alvin Bragg
NY Post
Alvin Bragg, a former federal prosecutor, appeared poised to become the next Manhattan District Attorney after his chief opponent, Tali Farhadian Weinstein officially conceded the race Friday.
“We have now counted a majority of paper ballots, and though we fought a hard race, it has become clear that we cannot overcome the vote margin. When all votes are counted, we expect to come in second by a few percentage points,” she said in an email to supporters. Weinstein said she spoke with Bragg and offered her congratulations.More Related News
