Surveillance intensified at all public places in West Godavari

West Godavari SP increases security measures, deploys bomb and dog squads to monitor suspicious activities amid escalating tensions.

In response to the escalating tensions along the India-Pakistan border, the West Godavari district authorities have intensified surveillance at public places.

West Godavari Superintendent of Police Adnan Nayeem Asmi said that the bomb and dog squads, and other intelligence wings have been deployed to enhance security and monitor suspicious activities.  

Mr. Nayeem Asmi said: “We are closely monitoring the presence and movement of strangers across the district.” Special alerts have been issued at the bus and railway stations. He added that people have been urged to report any unusual movements or strangers to the police .
