Congress president Sonia Gandhi is likely to host a dinner for Opposition leaders and chief ministers of UPA and like-minded parties will be invited.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi is likely to host a dinner for Opposition leaders. Chief ministers of UPA and like-minded parties like DMK's MK Stalin, TMC's Mamata Banerjee and Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackeray will be invited. NCP supremo Sharad Pawar, whose party is in alliance with Congress and Shiv Sena in Maharashtra, will also be invited.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
