Disturbing new video shows a gunman open fire in broad daylight while running in the middle of a Harlem street.
The video, released by the NYPD Thursday, shows the triggerman blasting off multiple rounds at an unknown target just before 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 1 on 7th Avenue near West 148th St. in East Harlem, according to police. No one was injured, police said.
