Seth Meyers Spots The Grandest Of Ironies In Donald Trump’s Latest Online Meltdown
HuffPost
The "Late Night" comedian flagged the president's self-own.
Seth Meyers mocked one of Donald Trump’s latest outbursts on his Truth Social platform in which the president demanded of those protesting his immigration raids in Los Angeles: “ARREST THE PEOPLE IN FACE MASKS, NOW!”
“Dude, it’s L.A., you’ve got to be more specific,” Meyers noted during Monday’s broadcast of “Late Night.”
He then listed possible targets of Trump: “Do you mean the Spider-Man on Hollywood Boulevard? The wrestlers at Lucha VaVoom? The sex party at the Hollywood Hills?”
As an image of immigration enforcement officers in tactical gear appeared on screen, Meyers then zinged: “Wait! Oh, did you mean your guys?”
