In the Rajasthan teacher recruitment examination or REET paper leak case, the Special Operations Group arrested a news journalist for his alleged involvement.
Rajasthan Special Operations Group (SOG) has arrested a news journalist for his alleged involvement in the Rajasthan teacher recruitment examination or REET.
Meena, who was arrested by the SOG for his alleged involvement in the REET paper leak case, originally hails from Dausa district and had been working with News as its Jalore district reporter for ten years.
As per Ashok Rathore, ADG, SOG, on the investigation of the earlier arrested accused Gram Sewak Narendra and investigation of other facts, the criminal involvement of Bablu Meena had come to light.

Following that, the Jalore district news correspondent was arrested. Meena, as per the SOG, had appeared for the REET examination.
So far, the SOG has arrested 40 people for their alleged involvement in the REET paper leak case which had become an issue of major political confrontation between the BJP and the Congress in the desert state.

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
