Political strategist Prashant Kishor is set to embark on a 'padyatra' spanning 3,500 kilometres across Bihar from West Champaran district on Mahatma Gandhi's 153rd birth anniversary. This is where the father of the nation launched his satyagraha movement in 1917.

Kishor had joined the JD(U) in 2018 before being expelled in 2020 for his criticism of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
