Poll strategist Prashant Kishor has formally enrolled himself as a voter from West Bengal's Bhabanipur constituency ahead of a high-octane bypoll.

Poll strategist Prashant Kishor, who was the advisor to Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief Mamata Banerjee during the West Bengal Assembly elections, has formally enrolled himself as a voter from Bhabanipur.

Bhabanipur is set to witness a high-octane bypoll with BJP pitting Priyanka Tibrewal against Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee.
