Plot owners protest in Gurugram, allege non-delivery of plots even after 11 years of allotment

The plot owners of Krrish World in Gurugram staged a protest and alleged that the developers are denying them plots even 11 years after launching the project.
At least 60 plot owners of Krrish World, a residential real estate project, staged a protest in Gurugram against the developer near the department of town and country planning (DTPC) office in Sector 14 on Friday. The protestors alleged that the developers failed to deliver the plots even after 11 years of launching the project, adding that they had also paid over 90 per cent of the cost.
According to a report published in the Times of India (TOI), the project was launched in 2010 and comprised of 466 plots and was jointly developed by Brahma City Pvt Ltd (BCPL) and Krrish Realtech Pvt Ltd (KRPL). Demanding the delivery of their pending plots, the buyers have also submitted a memorandum to DTCP.
