Perez Hilton is alluding to a health scare.
The infamous gossip blogger took to social media over the weekend to share a video of himself breathing shallowly in a hospital bed, with a tube of oxygen hooked up through his nostrils. Hilton, 47, also shared a series of selfies in a separate post, showing him in a hospital gown and with his stomach exposed, various incision marks visible.
"March madness indeed! Have I got a story to tell!" Hilton wrote alongside the photos of him in a Las Vegas hospital. "You are angels, all of you," he wrote in another caption to the workers at the Southern Hills Hospital in Sin City.
USA TODAY has reached out to Hilton's rep for comment.
While it was unclear what landed the king of the celebrity rumor mill in urgent care, it appears he plans to share the full story at some point on Monday, March 23. On his YouTube channel, a video listed as "upcoming" shows photos of him in the hospital as the promo images, and is accompanied by the title "My Stupidity Got Me In The Hospital For 21 Days! This Is The Most Important Video I've Ever Shared." Overlayed atop the hospital selfies is the text "the worst and the best experience of my life."
