As the second wave of Covid-19 rages on in India, more than 80,000 migrant workers from across the country returned to Agra in April.
As Covid-19 cases surge across India, many people are returning to their native places in huge numbers despite assurances from governments that all their requirements will be taken care of in the cities. In April, more than 80,000 migrant workers returned to April from all over India, according to available information. A senior official told India Today that most of these people came from Delhi and Maharashtra followed by Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Haryana.More Related News
