Our Hindutva does not spread hatred: Aaditya Thackeray's jibe at former ally BJP

Aaditya Thackeray on Saturday slammed his former ally BJP and said that the party's Hindutva does not spread hatred.
Hitting out at the BJP, Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray on Saturday said that the party's Hindutva does not spread hate.
"We are the followers of Hindutva, which does not spread hatred but instead employs a large number of people," said Aaditya Thackeray at the 'Shiv Sampark Abhiyan'.
"We constructed a metro, a coastal road, and a trans-harbour link road in Mumbai. Both the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and the state government have accomplished a great deal. However, there are still issues of inflation, unemployment, and animosity between castes, religion, and creed," he said.
Praising the state government for its efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic, he said, "After our government was formed, CM Uddhav travelled throughout Maharashtra. We also found exceptional work during the Covid pandemic. Not only us, but our work has been recognised and praised on a global scale."
He added, "The World Health Organization [WHO] has also followed our Dharavi model. We are proud that Maharashtra has shown the rest of the country how to fight Covid."
