Hearings will be held in open court from Wednesday, July 14, after almost four months in Allahbad High Court. The decision to hear in open court was taken by the Committee of Justices.
After about four months in Allahabad High Court, hearings will be held in open court from Wednesday, July 14. Guidelines have been issued for hearing cases in open court. The decision to hear in open court was taken by the Committee of Justices. Prior notice will have to be given to the office of the Registrar General for the virtual hearings from now.
