On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the third phase of ‘Mission Shakti', saying it will remain at the top of his government's agenda.
On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the third phase of ‘Mission Shakti' on Saturday, making a fresh pledge to ensure safety, dignity, and self-sufficiency in the state. The third phase of the flagship event was launched at an event held in Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow. The event was also attended by state Governor Anandi Ben Patel and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.
