On PM's birthday, Karnataka administers 29 lakh Covid vaccine doses

On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 71st birthday, Karnataka administered 29 lakh Covid-19 vaccines on Friday.

Karnataka Health Minister Dr K Sudhakar said that as many as 29 lakh Covid-19 vaccine doses were administered in Karnataka on Friday, adding that about 1.68 lakh doses are yet to be recorded on the CoWin portal.

"Karnataka accounted for 11 per cent of the total doses administered in the country and achieved a unique feat," said Dr K Sudhakar.
