
Odisha announces ex-gratia of Rs 50,000 for each COVID-19 death

The Odisha government on Tuesday said, it will provide financial assistance of ₹50,000 to the kin of each of those who died of COVID-19.
This was informed by the chief of the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) C. B. K. Mohanty.

Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat has rolled out digital mode of water bill generation and collection in 23 gram panchayats on a pilot basis for the first time in Karnataka.
