With Covid-19 cases on the rise in Delhi, North Delhi Municipal Corporation mayor Jai Prakash has asked the Delhi government to release funds to pay doctors, nurses, and sanitation workers.
North Delhi Municipal Corporation Mayor Jai Prakash wrote to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday, requesting funds from the Delhi government to pay doctors, nurses, and sanitation workers. The healthcare workers are deployed at the six major hospitals run by the civic body. Mayor Jai Prakash appealed to the CM to release the first instalment of grant-in-aid of Rs 460.40 crore for 2021-22.More Related News
