Maharashtra Police sources have said there is no terror angle in the case being probed by the National Investigating Agency (NIA), which has arrested Mumbai Police assistant inspector Sachin Vaze. Sources said there is no evidence till now to prove that any organisation by the name Jaish-ul-Hind exists in the first place, which was referred to in the threatening Telegram message. Delhi Police special cell has informed the NIA and Maharashtra Police about Jaish-ul-Hind.
A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
