Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai gets emotional in an address to the people of his constituency, saying "nothing is permanent in this world, including posts and positions".

Expressing gratitude to the people of his constituency, Shiggaon, Bommai said he is only 'Basavaraj' for them and not the Chief Minister.
