No pay, no work: Resident doctors on strike at Delhi’s Hindu Rao Hospital

Resident doctors at North Delhi civic body’s biggest health facility have been on strike since November 22 due to non-payment of salaries.
On Tuesday morning, Dr Nehal Vindrani and colleagues were sitting near the entrance gate of North Delhi’s Hindu Rao Hospital. They held. At regular intervals, resident doctors were sloganeering for salaries.
Over 300 resident doctors have been on strike since Monday. The Resident Doctors’ Association (RDA) claimed they have not been paid salaries for two months. Moreover, as per the RDA, their dearness allowance has been pending for five months.
