NMDC raises iron ore prices by ₹100 for Baila Lump and ₹50 for Baila Fines, effective March 6.
NMDC has increased iron ore prices by ₹100 a tonne for Baila Lump and ₹50 for the same quantity of Baila Fines effective March 6.
The new per tonne price of Baila Lump is ₹4,800 and Baila Fines ₹4,050. These are FOR prices that are exclusive of royalty, DMF, NMEDT, cess, forest permit fee, transit fee, GST, environmental cess and other taxes, NMDC said in a filing.
India’s largest producer of the key raw material of steel, it had previously revised the price on February 10. It was an increase of ₹100 a tonne each then and took the price, per tonne, of Baila Lump to ₹4,700 and Baila Fines to ₹4,000.
