New York City and state sites were to immediately begin using the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine again, officials said Saturday.
The use of the one-shot J&J vaccine was to resume for the city’s mobile, pop-up, and homebound vaccination programs, Mayor Bill de Blasio said. The announcement came one day after the US Centers for Disease Control and the Food and Drug Administration gave the go ahead to start dispensing the vaccine, which was linked to a small number of blood clots in recipients.More Related News
