Police released new footage on Monday night of the suspected Times Square gunman wanted for allegedly striking an innocent tourist with a stray bullet.
The man is accused of opening fire at about 5:15 p.m. Sunday and hitting 21-year-old Samuel Poulin in the back with a ricocheting bullet outside the Marriott Hotel on West 45th Street and Broadway, according to police and sources. Poulin, a newlywed Marine visiting the Big Apple with his family for a baptism, was treated for non-life threatening injuries and released from the hospital on Monday, law enforcement sources have said.More Related News
