Narada case: Calcutta HC allows affidavits of Mamata Banerjee, Moloy Ghatak

The Calcutta High Court had previously refused to accept the reply-affidavits of Banerjee and Ghatak, prompting them to move the Supreme Court in the matter.
The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday allowed the affidavits of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and State Law Minister Moloy Ghatak in connection with the Narada sting operation case. Mamata Banerjee, Moloy Ghatak and the state government will submit a token amount of Rs 5,000 to the State Legal Services Authority, a fine imposed by the High Court for not filing the affidavits on time.More Related News
